Medical Malpractice Claims Level Off in Pennsylvania

After a six-year decline in the filing of medical malpractice lawsuits, a new report shows that claims have now slightly risen in Pennsylvania. Claims went from 1819 total malpractice claim filings in 2004 to a low of 1491 in 2010.
